I bought an Arsenal Athena video intercom. Regarding the video doorphone itself: the camera transmits a clear picture, the face of the person behind the door is clearly visible, the viewing angle captures even part of the floor. I placed an order on the website easily, the product was in stock. It was delivered quickly, without damage. There were some minor problems with the installation, I called to clarify, Eugene told me what was wrong and how to install it. Thank you very much to him!!!! Everything worked. There are no problems after several months of use. A good store, there are undoubtedly 5 stars here

I took the Arsenal Athena PRO video intercom kit. Evgeny, the consultant, slowly and to the point, as it seems to me, with an understanding of what he was selling, told me about this thing. I rented an apartment for myself in Minsk. The manager told me everything when ordering and helped me find an adapter for connecting to the entrance intercom. I connected the system myself. There were some minor problems, but Eugene called for help again and he explained everything how to connect it correctly. I am glad that some sellers understand that they are selling and not throwing down the phone or referring them to installers. The guarantee and the cash receipt were received upon delivery. The price at the time of the order was suspiciously low, but everything is fine. The product arrived new with a protective film. As I understand it, sometimes they really do discounts on the site, not increased promotion and then a discount like most well-known platforms!

Disgusting service, complete lack of feedback and customer orientation. I placed an order on 12/21/2025 for the DVR, no one contacted me, the order confirmation was sent by e-mail. I couldn't reach the store the next day. I placed the order again, and the order confirmation also arrived, but no one contacted me. After a few days, I managed to get through on my own. The consultant said that the order was accepted and delivery will be on 5.01 (after the holiday weekend). No one contacted me yesterday, and I couldn't get through today. Accordingly, there is no product. I definitely do not recommend contacting this store, wasted time, empty waiting, lack of desired product.
