We stayed at the Next White Yellow Sea Studio on the 10th floor and were absolutely delighted! The apartments are very bright, cozy and modernly decorated, fully consistent with the photos. The panoramic view of the sea from the 10th floor is simply mesmerizing — it is especially beautiful to watch the sunsets directly from the balcony or over a cup of coffee by the window. The studio is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, clean linen, air conditioning, a kitchen with dishes and appliances. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The Internet is fast, which was important for us, as we sometimes worked remotely. Separately, I would like to note the convenient location: close to cafes, shops and the embankment, which is pleasant to walk along. The hosts are attentive and friendly, always in touch and ready to help. We definitely recommend it! If we visit this area again, we will return here.

If you plan to rent a house here for a long time: 1. Very good audibility. A family with children lives above us, and we can hear the children's footsteps and their screams. They can make noise up to 12 at night. 2. There is no fitness room here and there will not be. More precisely, it is, but purely for the fact. Cardio only works on 2 tracks. And that's bad, the rest is not working or also works very poorly. It's also very cold out there. There are staff rooms on this floor, they often go back and forth, eat, chat. So you won't be able to save money on the gym. 3. The door to the apartment looks good, but in fact it blows very strongly and the neighbors can be perfectly heard walking. In general, this is not an elite house. And it's not worth the money.
