Terrible hotel. I forgot my card in the room. I apologized several times at the reception, asked to open the room. I was attacked from both sides that this absolutely cannot be done, and I am causing inconvenience to the hotel and that this is not the first time. It was very unpleasant, to the point of tears. Plus this smell of sewage in the toilet, and a TV that turns on at night at any time and wakes up the children. In general, the rest is spoiled by the choice of a hotel.

The location is good, not the first coast, but very close to the promenade. But you need to walk to the center (15 minutes Europa Square). There is parking, but the availability of places is a matter of luck. The breakfasts are not bad, there are porridges, even soups. The air conditioning system is very strangely arranged, there is a control panel, but everything is configured only at the reception on a call.

The hotel is located on the Black Sea coast, 300 meters from the shore. The room is large, the bed is comfortable. There are many Russian channels. Clean cleaning every day. Food delivery from the restaurant. I didn't like that there were a lot of real estate under construction nearby and the filling of breakfast dishes, for which I lowered my score by a point.
