This place is ass. I hope you like waiting, bring a snack. If you speak English you’re gonna have no idea what’s going on, just sit confused and look for your number. No signs or people to help you, good luck. The people in the windows are usually very nice though, if you’re nice. Throughout the medicine center everyone is extremely nice, however, you’ll meet them after waiting for 5 hours in a room with 1000 people. After that it’s pretty chill, you’ll just probably need to go back more than you wanted to through 2 and a half hour commute both ways. Again, good luck)

There's no point in complaining, just try to get there as early as possible and do what you have to. However this place certainly makes you feel like a foreigner, the service is terrible. I spent 5 hours waiting, already with a number ticket which I took at 14:30. While I was waiting, something weird was happening, my number kept moving backwards until I was literally the last person in the list on screen. Finally, my number was called at 19:45 which was 15 minutes before the place closed and when I got to the teller, the woman told me that she can't accept my documents anymore and that I should come on a different day.
