It's a very nice hotel. Brand new. There is a heated swimming pool, a private dining room on site (we had a rest in early May, it was not yet the season and the dining room was closed, but the guys were already preparing for the launch) there will be coffee + a pool bar. The rooms overlook either the mountains or the sea. The hotel is located on the beach, 20 meters from the sea, the exit is through its own gate or from the rooms on the ground floor there are exits to the beach. We drove in, went out on the balcony and immediately saw the dolphins, they swam every day. On request: slippers and bathrobes, ironing boards with irons on the floor. There is a kettle in the room, a minimum set of dishes, air conditioners for cold and heat. We heard how the neighbors asked for a microwave in the room and it was brought to them. Very helpful staff. A separate story of animals: carp, sturgeon, various birds, two dogs. Everything creates a homely atmosphere. Dignified and sincere. I want to go back.

My family and I came to the wonderful country of Abkhazia for the New Year, namely to the Mulberry Hotel, my delight simply cannot be conveyed. Those people who write nasty things are lies! You just need to behave like people, not cattle! The hotel is just a fairy tale, it's new, clean, and cozy! Everything you need to relax is there, a swimming pool, a dining room, a mini zoo, and the view of the sea from the room is amazing. And most of all, I want to express my gratitude to the owners.Victoria and her family ❤️You are wonderful, kind, helpful, hospitable, wonderful people! Peace, health and kindness to you Vika and your family I fell in love with Abkhazia even more and found new friends 🤗And thank you Daria very much 🫶it was through you that I found this wonderful hotel 🏨 and I will return there again 🩷

We stayed at the Mulberry Hotel in late May and early June in a suite.The room has its own kitchen, a balcony with sea views and a pool with mountains.Everything is fine - starting from check-in, despite the late check-in at 22:00, we were greeted by the warm-hearted receptionist Oksana - she told us everything, showed us, took us to the room, the hotel grounds are well-maintained, the heated pool, a mini cafe next to the pool, where the good-natured hostess Victoria makes cocktails and coffee.Residents are provided with free use of sun beds, a barbecue area, a board, and a swimming pool.At the hotel (which is not unimportant)I read my own generator, according to reviews, that it was loud-nothing like that, the lights went out a couple of times at night (not the fault of the hotel), did not interfere with sleep at all, despite the fact that the windows overlooked the generator.In my opinion, it is better to be in a hotel with a working generator, but with light, than in silence and in the dark!!!Room cleaning and linen change without reminder, for which many thanks to the girls!!! I don't regret my time at the Mulberry Hotel at all, the next time is only at this hotel!!!I wish the owners of the hotel prosperity and adequate guests!
