The operators are fine with more, but the drivers, it's just some kind of wild horror, they're rude, they talk on the phone while driving, they raise their voice at customers, they drive carelessly, they generally know how to slow down smoothly, or they only drove zilahs before??? And to all this 30 rubles per trip. For what? For being carried like a pile of firewood???

Disgusting.
