There are toilets. Admission is free. On May 9th, there will be a full-day program with soldier's porridge, etc. (the staff promised)And in the evening, a light show and fireworks. The long-suffering Belarus was not spared by any of the great wars in Europe. Being in its geographical center, Belarus has always found itself in the epicenter of military events. The Mound of Glory is a monument from the Soviet era, laid in the late 60s of the last century in memory of the Minsk Cauldron, the battle of the Great Patriotic War, in which a 150,000-strong army of fascists was encircled. Returning from Khatyn, where we were on an excursion, we stopped at the Kurgan, went upstairs, examined, and the children also toured the exhibits of military equipment, had coffee in a cafe.
