A young man with stunningly beautiful eyes helped me choose facial products according to my request, although initially what I came for was not there, But what, it's now a sooo popular product. I want to leave a very negative review about this cosmetics store. They sold me the product in a damaged condition — it turned out to be broken. I didn't drop it, I opened the package carefully, and immediately after the purchase I found a defect. However, the store staff, instead of investigating the situation, simply blamed me, saying that "this could not have happened" and that the product "could not break by itself." At the same time, I would like to note separately that the consultant who initially sold the product to me was polite, responsive and made a pleasant impression. Unfortunately, the subsequent behavior of the employees completely negated this positive impression. It was especially strange to hear categorical statements about the "impossibility" of damage, when another customer dropped boxes from the shelf right in front of me, and the staff did not react to this in any way. But in my case, the store took a hard line of refusal. I was refused a refund or replacement without offering to conduct a quality check or try to resolve the situation. Customer orientation in this situation turned out to be at an extremely low level. Disappointed with the approach to solving the problem. I will not contact this store again, and I cannot recommend it to others.
