I would like to thank the staff of the Kitchen Module, in particular Julia, the designer of our magnificent kitchen, who helped and accompanied our project from the very first minutes. I thank the installer Ivan, who diligently and patiently recreated the excellence that now pleases our whole family. As always, there were small things and nuances, but they were resolved quickly and with a positive result. My recommendations are only for you!

Пару недель назад была установлена кухня. К самой кухне вопросов нет! Все очень хорошо и оправдало все ожидания! НО! К рабочему персоналу, который собирал ее - вопросы есть! Сборка длилась два дня, собирали они ее самостоятельно без присутствия собственника. В этом и заключалась главное ошибка. При приемке кухни на первый взгляд все было замечательно, рабочие показали все, дали подписать документы и ушли. И только на следующий день, когда приехали прибраться на кухне, обнаружили, что справа, со стороны балкона, обои все исцарапаны, где откос - побито в двух местах и сдерт кусок обоев. Так же побит и исцарапан подоконник. Наши предположения - это то, что при установке столешницы, рабочие немного не подрассчитали ее габариты. При приемке не было сказано ни слова о том, что где-то что-то побито или сдерто! И очень неприятно находить такие «ньюансы», когда обои были все целы. Так же они еще что-то уронили на ламинат, имеется скол, ламинат был установлен ранее и никаких недочетов не было. Сейчас эти «недостатки» мы пытаемся устранить, но все же, как изначально уже не будет. №71/24 от 05.11.2024

We would like to express our deep gratitude to Oleg Gukov, the kitchen assembler provided by your salon. His professionalism and attention to detail deserve the warmest words. He arrived exactly at the appointed time, having all the necessary tools with him. It was immediately obvious that we had an experienced specialist in front of us. The assembly process was carried out promptly, but without haste and fuss. Every detail has been carefully checked, all the elements are perfectly matched to each other. The master was meticulous about every detail, whether it was the alignment of facades or the installation of fittings. I was especially pleased that a vacuum cleaner was used during operation, which minimized the amount of dust and debris. In addition to the impeccable build quality, I would like to note the kindness and courtesy of the master. He was ready to answer all the questions that arose and give useful advice. I believe that this approach to work is a model of customer orientation. As a result, our new kitchen looks just great! It is not only functional and comfortable, but also pleases the eye with its impeccable execution. Thank you so much for such a wonderful collector!
