I would like to praise this service for its perfect work at all stages of the repair of my vacuum cleaner. I bought the vacuum cleaner six months ago and after that time I discovered a defect in the case (crack), which eventually began to spread throughout the vacuum cleaner body. The service immediately responded to the warranty claims, although they could safely refer to the fact that it fell and was damaged during operation, as the famous "red store" usually does. I don't live in Minsk, and the service sent a courier to pick up the vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the courier, as he got up himself and took the vacuum cleaner from the apartment, since I was at work, and my wife was with a small child. The service operator constantly kept me informed of the repair stages of the vacuum cleaner, thanks to him as well. As a result, they changed part of the case and returned it to me. Excellent service, if there was a 100-point rating system, I would have given 100. This is how all other stores and warranty services like this one need to work. Thanks again to everyone who works there.
