Terrible service and unsafe On August 9, 5 people, including children, were traveling from Tbilisi to Batumi (Metro Georgia). Backpacks are forbidden to be put up, even children are not allowed to eat, shoes cannot be taken off, individual lighting does not work, the movie screen does not work, there are no headphones, the air conditioner is too cold and the driver refused to turn it down. The application is inconvenient — you have to search for tickets in the mail and show them twice. The most dangerous thing is the long sharp screws in the front row seats, which tore our clothes and injured our hand. The trip lasted almost 7 hours instead of the promised 5.5. I don't recommend it if you value comfort, safety, and respect for passengers.

We enjoyed using Metro buses! Free Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, water! Comfortable driving! We were traveling from Tbilisi to Batumi and back.

Inhumane policy, especially for families with children Our 5-hour bus ride from Tbilisi to Batumi was a nightmare. The company has an inhumane policy: at the only 20-minute stop, the steward confiscated the food we had bought, leaving our young child hungry for the rest of the journey. This is a blatant lack of humanity. If you are traveling with your family, I strongly recommend not choosing this company.
