We went to your network and took a drink, about the taste, everything was good, much better than, for example, your competitors pharmos and Lotus, but there is a huge disadvantage, an extremely impractical lid. Due to the fact that the jelly is very large, it does not pass through the tube well and in attempts to drink the drink, it simply spills. Is it related to the lid or the tube, I can't say for sure, but it's better to reconsider the issue of sealing the drink! So we were satisfied with the only thing that the girls are sometimes distracted during the maintenance process, but I think this is due to heavy workload.

I went to get myself and my friend a full glass of orange and asked them to add coconut jelly to both, the employee asked "should I add jelly to both?", I told her yes, in the end I paid extra for the jelly, but I got empty tea, I didn't notice on the spot, because I was in a hurry and the employee quickly put everything in a bag. I would also like to note her absolute unwillingness to work and her arrogant face. I had to distract her from the "important" things on the phone, apparently because of this, she served me so negatively. I'm attaching a photo, there are huge questions for the management, they didn't give me a check.

Every day I go to MIT for tea, but the branch in Dana mall is the worst thing that has happened to mit, every time the same story happens: when I approach the island, I see the following picture - the barista girl is sitting and chatting, apparently with her friends, who are sitting inside the island, in the cooking area, where everything should be clean and sterile, friends are sitting in jackets, the barista girl carefully pretends that there are no customers while the customers are standing and waiting for her to place an order, waiting until they finish trying to place an order, but half of the drinks are not available (even those that are prepared without additives like milk, cheese, tapioca, fruit and so on), the order reception area is all dirty, sticky, and in the trash, including cans from the power engineers of those barista friends... I would like to believe that this girl will be fired and control over this branch will be strengthened
