The consultant replied to me in the most rude tone possible that I myself should remember where I got the shoes and take the boxes. Then she told me that even grandmothers remember where they get their shoes. After that, she said in a rude tone that she didn't have to carry boxes and search when there were a lot of people in the hall. This is the first time I've encountered such rudeness, I always buy shoes at this store and the consultant always helps me find a box, fold the shoes I've chosen and take them to the checkout. I ask you to take measures and inform the staff of the banal rules of communication with visitors.

It's dirty, the workers are rude. It was especially unpleasant to see an embittered man who was constantly scurrying around in the women's department. When the store was closing, the workers turned off the lights while the customers were still inside. It's just nonsense. Disgusting.
