Most likely, there was a misunderstanding, but for some reason the staff is not really trying to understand you. The potatoes themselves are tastier than in Russia, but the burgers... Guys, I'm surprised, really surprised that our import-substituted big mac (big hit) is bigger and tastier than here. Here, the cutlets are smaller than the buns, i.e. they are minimal, instead of vegetables they just put more green cucumbers, they really regret the sauce, the burgers are dry, they have a lot of bread and little else. Yes, potatoes are not spared even in a regular serving, but this does not negate the fact of really poor service and tasteless burgers. UPD: I'm raising the rating from two to four stars. To avoid confusion with the order, as with us, do everything through the terminal. First, choose the Russian language, add whatever you deem necessary to the shopping cart, and finally select payment at the checkout. You will be given a receipt, you go with it to the cashier and pay. Very cool and very conveniently made. And despite the fact that the big mac was so-so, the grand with double cheese is great (only it's called something else there), the bun is not dry, but the cheese is double, as it should be. For some reason, it went bad in the import-substituted mac, but I had forgotten until that moment, which is why I ordered it a lot at one time. But there is one thing. They don't always have what they have in the terminal in the menu. In this case, of course, you will have to re-order everything through the terminal, which is not very convenient, especially if there is a queue. Therefore, not 5 stars.
