I took my son to this gym for a children's group. To be honest, the boys lose interest quickly now if the coach is boring, but then he really got into it. Vladimir gets along well with the children, strictly but without excesses, keeps discipline and at the same time they respect him and are not afraid of him. As a father, it's important to me that they don't just run amok, but actually put up a base — stance, punches, defense. Plus, the guys there are normal, without hazing. After a couple of months, progress is already visible, he shows combinations at home, he walks proudly. Well, it's okay for money, they don't take three skins like in some places. In short, I recommend 👍🏻

I went to a tai fit with Yuri Vladimirovich. Honestly, I was a little worried at first, I thought it would be a tough race. And he's really calm, even humorous, but he explains everything to the point. My hands were weak — he showed me how to properly bandage and beat so as not to get hurt. It's convenient in this gym that you can go straight to the solarium after a workout. That's what I usually do — I worked out, then I sunbathed for 5-7 minutes and went home)) The solarium is of normal capacity, not old, no need to stand for half an hour. In a couple of sessions, a light shade has already appeared, the skin is not overdried, I really like it! Well, the gym itself is decent, the shower is clean, the locker room is good. It's great for me that everything is nearby, I don't need to go anywhere.
