Hello everyone I applied for an American visa from them, waited in line for 8 months, and in the end I got nothing! My record was on 05/30/2025 at 8 a.m. When I was in Moscow, Mary filled out a questionnaire for me literally three days before the interview, even though I had asked for it earlier. The day of the interview came, I went to the Embassy and in the first window they took my documents and looked at them, they said that you have a late date for filling out the questionnaire and in this case we cannot accept you for an interview!!!!! When I came out, I started calling Mary and she said it couldn't be, but then she called me back and said that their application rules had changed. That day I came to their office, but they didn't expect it, like Mary and two girls were solving an unsolvable problem for which they were to blame. They called the Embassy to somehow resolve my problem through their fault, but from 05/30/2025 to 06/15/2025 they did not get through and did not solve anything on my visa. I told them to refund my money for everything, since I was flying from Moscow to Yerevan for a visa, they returned it only for their fees! The girls are young and don't know their job, don't contact this company, waste your nerves and expenses! My children in America were really waiting for me, and in the end I was like in a fairy tale at a broken trough! 😩
