The last pair of Chelsea shoes in my size are still in town. Of course, I booked so that no one would buy before me. I received a confirmation of my reservation the next day. Arriving at the store, it turned out that they had a defect (spots on the elastic band and a scratch on the nose). And they wanted to sell it to me? Tell me, what is the purpose of booking confirmation? After all, the seller in the store took them from the warehouse, and carried them to her behind the counter for delivery. Shouldn't she have checked them beforehand? And upon discovering a defect, cancel the reservation. Why should I drive across town, discover these defects myself, and leave with nothing? Wasted time due to sellers' negligence. p.s. As I understand it, they will sell them anyway, just to a less vigilant buyer.
