I like this store for its well-groomed appearance and spaciousness. Things are always neatly and easily hung. The range is sufficient, especially since you can always order something through the online store. I like that even in the sale, things hang well and neatly. The consultants are unobtrusive and friendly, which is undoubtedly encouraging.

I'll give one for the consultant's communication. I ordered things online with a fitting in this store, but, unfortunately, nothing came up. The fitting was on January 13th. A young consultant, very pleasant, calmly took all the things at the checkout, an older consultant, who came up at that moment, began to comment that actually the dress was specially set aside for me, and it could have gone to the warehouse, but now it will remain hanging with them. I consider such a comment to the customer who refused the product absolutely unacceptable. The purpose of fitting is to understand whether a thing suits you or not.

When making a partial refund for an online order, I encountered open dissatisfaction from the staff. In my presence, the staff allowed themselves demonstrative sighs and complaints about my "mountain of things" and "a huge number of refunds." When I made a comment, one of the employees (who introduced herself as the manager) instead of apologizing, she began to list the difficulties of her work to me: complaining about unpaid orders and incidents with other customers (spilled coffee, etc.). I consider this behavior unacceptable for a brand of your level. As a buyer, I use the services that the company officially provides (fitting and return). The store's internal operational problems should not be broadcast to the customer, creating feelings of guilt or discomfort. Such a service discourages any desire to return to the chain's stores. In addition, this is not the first time I have observed such behavior of the staff in this store, and the girls in other, busier and more passageways of Mark Formelle (in Galileo shopping center, Green City shopping center, Dzerzhinsky 119), in contrast, know how to control themselves and behave in a friendly and professional manner.
