Responsive sales girls. Let's meet the customer halfway. The marketers of this company will first come up with promotions, and the sellers will get out of it. The situation is sur: online orders in stores are collected not by sellers, but by a separate employee of this company who comes to the stores. And so I ordered a thing, but for a long time there was no confirmation of the order. The thing was needed urgently. I came to the store myself, found the item in the hall, brought it to the cashier. The thing was in the only right size. And I didn't struggle with the leftovers at the checkout anymore, because the order for this thing was made by me online, and the thing hanging in the hall was already reserved. Thanks to the girls, the issue was resolved, and a discount on my promo code was made from the order. But anyone could choose the product I reserved online and, as a result, would not be able to buy it at the checkout. Or, on the contrary, they would have sold on the hall, and I received a cancellation of the online order. Conclusion: dear MF company, look at your sales through the eyes of the consumer, and not only from the point of view of marketing with flyers, promotions and other things, when even the consumer cannot always use your flyers according to some store rules or company rules.
