We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and we liked everything. The staff is responsive, no request will go unanswered, they will welcome you cordially, they will bring you things, they will treat you with a drink-it's nice. The breakfasts are delicious, the buffet is served and you can additionally order any dish of eggs or waffles, and hot croissants are also brought, coffee is brewed on request and brought to the table, there are always desserts and fruits. The hotel in the breakfast area is decorated in the style of a vintage gallery, there are mantel clocks in large numbers on the shelves, paintings by modern artists on the walls, and you can browse through an album with a stamp collection at the table. There is an exhibition of paintings on the upper terrace, but we didn't have time to look. The rooms are small, the lighting is not bright, there is no usual wardrobe, there is a storage rack, but this did not bother us, as there were few people in the room, more walking around the city. The room cleaning is of high quality, it seems that the linen and towels were changed every day. The bathroom is spacious and has all the personal hygiene products, even individual washcloths. The location of the hotel is excellent, the metro is not far away and all the sights are within walking distance. We'll be coming back here!

Great hotel. The staff is friendly, if you need something, they will help, if everything is okay, they don't get into your soul)) cleaning is daily. In the rooms: towels, slippers, shower accessories, toothbrushes, washcloths, kettle, tea, coffee, water, TV, hairdryer, safe. Convenient location, near the Balkan locantasi canteens where you can have an inexpensive dinner. All major attractions are within walking distance... the street is generally quiet, with good sound suppression when the windows are closed. I enjoyed it

Nice hotel, with excellent service. Not a bad breakfast. Water, lemonade, tea and coffee are always available. Great location. It's clean and cozy. Many thanks to the staff. An employee named Baresh helped us find our transfer to the airport, which was lost somewhere along the way. He communicated with the driver by phone and in correspondence and accompanied us until the very end, until we got into the car. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!
