Hello. I would like to share my fresh opinion about Mapsoft CJSC. The hotline employs ill-mannered people, and there is no respect for customers at all. Do not connect this program, it is better to use any other program but not theirs. Applications take a very long time to process or are not processed at all. The company is not interested in refining its product, it is stuck somewhere far from the technical progress of the software. The answers from experts are always shocking: "our program does not provide for this; we cannot answer your question; this can only be done by a qualified engineer;"
