I want to leave a review about the work of the tour operator Asil. Unfortunately, we were extremely dissatisfied with the organization of the trip. The day before the flight, she stopped contacting us and did not provide the necessary information. We had to call the call center on our own to get the invitation documents, even though the flight was already very close. The required declaration, which was required upon arrival in Vietnam, was also not filled out, which caused additional difficulties. In general, the organization was very weak: lack of support, untimely feedback and lack of responsibility on the part of the tour operator. We expected a much more professional approach.

My daughter has been taking Malva tours for the second year. Last year to Naftalan, this year to Georgia. In general, the program, transfer, guides, escorts, etc. are good. But the rooms in the hotels were very low-grade, with access to construction sites, a kitchen courtyard and exhaust systems, that is, when it is important to have a good rest after a flight or excursions, because I came on vacation, and here everything is not as promised: crowding, noise, stuffiness, smells (((. Fortunately in the host hotels there were understanding managers who took into account the objective factor and were just humane and changed the numbers. Apologizing that the rooms were distributed in Tashkent. And then, in the process of communicating in a group of visitors, it turns out that those vacationers who took cheaper trips lived in better rooms. I don't want to use the term "tanishbilish", but this is exactly the approach to Malva tour that was on our trip. And because of nerves and an unrequited attitude, my blood pressure increased a lot and I just couldn't visit the places I dreamed of. I missed it, and it's a pity that it affected the overall impression of the trip...(((
