I visited this hotel in September 2019. Of course, he doesn't pull close to 4*. The rooms are dead, there has been no repair for 10 years. The linen is old, it was changed 1 time in 10 days. Carpeting is everywhere - it's scary to look at. They feed - someone wrote, they put the chicken themselves in 1 scoop, right. The salads are the same and scattered on plates. There are 4 types of cheese. If you did not come to the opening, you were late for 30-40 minutes - there will be nothing to eat, they do not report food. There is no bar, the hammam does not work. They take you to the sea, it's not far to go.

And this nightmare will gather all the Turks who just climb up to greet and kiss, etc . The hotel is not bad, but not 4 * in any way. The decor itself is good, but everything is kind of shabby and shabby. Excellent spa and a chic hammam! Food is generally a song! Nowhere and nothing is indicated of what is cooked. The menu is the same day by day. For 10 days, 1 time there was only fish, a couple of times pancakes for breakfast. And then they give out one fish, two pancakes in one hand. Well, what kind of all inclusive is it?!

In general, it is good, quiet, there are few Tagil residents, but in the 8 years that I have not been to Turkey, the attitude of the reception has not changed. First they give you the most lame room, then they say that you expected for your money, then they are offended that they are offered baksheesh (although yes, there was a particularly arrogant porter at this hotel), well, in the end, when you turn to a guide from a travel agent, the issue is resolved.
