We expected to relax and enjoy the beauties of Sri Lanka, but we only got stress and disappointment. The organizer promised to explore the unique places of the island, comfortable accommodation with a view of the waterfall and exciting excursions. But the reality turned out to be completely different! In reality, the bus turned out to be old and unreliable — the seats creaked, the air conditioner barely worked, and the trip itself was unsafe due to the state of the transport. Mano's guide had absolutely no command of the Russian language, only spoke well, spoke abruptly and incomprehensibly, plus it turned out that he was abusing alcohol right during the tour, which was very annoying and annoying. The tour promised to ride elephants in a private nursery, but they did not go anywhere, as the elephants were given away for a holiday, and others did not work. All the attractions turned out to be crowded with locals because of the Full Moon holiday, so it wasn't possible to enjoy them either. The train is packed, you can't get on the bridge, and the BVD in Sigiriya, where the guide didn't go, gave us a local, whom we had to run after and it's not clear what he says. The Madu Tour company did not justify any hopes, I do not advise anyone to choose and do not recommend this organizer. So far, no one has apologized. An extremely spoiled vacation, all thanks to the organization and attitude of this company to the tourist. The feeling of a disposable contraceptive, used and forgotten, such as a lot.
