The worst experience in Istanbul. I left my luggage via Bounce, after which the expensive iPad disappeared. Instead of helping, I was faced with complete indifference and unwillingness to understand the situation. This place not only deprived me of valuable things, but also seriously spoiled the impression of the city. If you value your belongings and nerves, avoid this place. I don't recommend it to anyone. ————————— After my experience with this place, all I can say is: stay away. I left my luggage here through Bounce and later discovered that my expensive iPad was missing. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of concern and willingness to help from the owners. This place not only cost me a valuable item, but also seriously damaged my impression of Istanbul. If you care about your belongings, especially electronics, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. Would never trust this place again.
