Unfortunately, for objective reasons, I was unable to use the certificate until the end of the term. I called a few days after the expiration date, but was refused. Realizing that despite the existence of objective reasons, it was my fault that I missed the expiration date, I offered compromise solutions, for example, getting some kind of discount for the first lesson or some other solution that would suit both sides, since I plan to complete the full course of study. But, unfortunately, I was refused all offers. Yes, you are right by law, but no one has canceled loyalty, the same law states that the organization has the right to extend the validity period of the certificate. I am a business owner myself, and believe me, I know how increased loyalty works in the long run. Therefore, I give a low rating precisely for the lack of willingness to meet customers halfway and try to find a compromise, especially since you received the money for the service in full. Therefore, if you plan to use the certificate here, carefully monitor its validity period, otherwise I will be rejected.
