When choosing my frames, Victor professionally assessed my face shape and skin color and suggested several options that would be perfect. He was very patient, gave good advice and helped me choose a frame that not only fits perfectly, but also emphasizes my personality. When choosing the frames for my father, we were also careful and chose the most suitable one (I'll attach the video below). Glasses are made very quickly. The lenses perfectly match the recipe, they are perfectly visible, there are no distortions. The frame sits comfortably, does not press and does not slip. In general, the salon has a good choice, the diagnosis there is not bad. I ordered glasses from them several times, always with expensive lenses. But the last time there was an egregious incident, after that, never set foot there again! I needed completely new glasses. I ordered the lenses from Rodenstock, and they offered me a frame to choose from. I chose one, which is also not cheap. They put the lenses in there - the glasses lasted a day! The frame burst in the place where the lens was inserted. They replied to my claims that they didn't know anything, it turned out that I was wearing them somehow wrong! As a result, the director suggested rearranging these lenses into other glasses, where the lens is smaller, so that it could be turned out of my newly purchased lenses. I was only offered a discount for the job of inserting these lenses. At the same time, when I was in the salon with complaints, it turned out that I was sold sunglasses as frames for insertion, which are not suitable for this function at all! Their frames are sharp! And neither the consultants, nor the optician who sharpened the lenses and put them there, said nothing, but simply inserted them! As a result, damaged expensive lenses, broken frames - money is wasted!
