We had a family of 4 people, from 08/18/25 to 08/28/25. This is the first time we've stopped at Iilium, although we've been following the Instagram page for about two years. I liked everything, the territory, the rooms, the location and the helpful hosts. As for the route to the sea, it's out of the gate and 5 minutes to the Pitsunda Nature Reserve, there it's quiet along the forest path, enjoying the air for 10-15 minutes, depending on the chosen beach you go and enjoy. If there is no wave in the bay, or it is small. As for the shops and places where you can eat, everything is nearby. Payment by card or transfer via Wi-Fi, there were no problems at all. This is our third time in Abkhazia, and Pitsunda is our top. I wish you all a good rest.

Everything is amazing here! Wonderful location and courtyard area, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable, and most importantly clean! We have come with our family many times, we have been in almost all accommodation options from standard to luxury, we liked everything everywhere, there is everything for a comfortable stay, and if something is missing, you can always contact the hospitable hosts, they will always prompt and help. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea, there are a lot of cafes around, but if desired, you can cook in the shared kitchen. Ideal for holidays with family and children. The prices are very affordable.

A wonderful guest house with warm and hospitable hosts! We have been vacationing for several years and it is always sad to leave these parts. A cozy courtyard and garden with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a kettle and dishes, towels, so you can not take much with you. Convenient location: the sea is a 7-minute walk away, shops are nearby, the market is 10 minutes away. We will come back here many more times for sure!
