I tried to book a car with them for 3 days. I sent my request several times in advance. A week before the start date of the rental, Katerina confirmed the reservation to me. On the eve of the rental day, Katerina did not answer calls and messages for half a day. Later it turned out that she did not look for a car for us in advance, but started doing it after my messages the day before the date that she had previously confirmed, and there were no free cars. I do not recommend contacting her. I eventually found a car from other people in Koh Samui, who promptly responded to the request.
