They sold defective goods twice, and the director also accused me. I bought a Profit Model 1 wireless buttonhole here. When checking in the store, everything was fine, but at home I found constant background noise on all modes. One of the modes is so noisy that it "hurts the ear" — it is impossible to record. I returned the first copy, and the store replaced it with a second one. The second one turned out to have the SAME disadvantage: constant noise, recording is impossible. The second time I came to return the microphone. The consultant who took the goods from me assured me that the money would be returned, and offered to look at another product. I replied that I would think about it. There was no question of replacing it with a third copy — only a refund. After that, the microphone "left" for verification. Nothing was said for two weeks, the place and time of the inspection were not notified, and the results were not provided. At the same time, I want to note that the sales consultants behaved correctly, I can't complain about them — I didn't have any conflicts with them. But two weeks later, the store's director called and rudely accused me of "using it and deciding to return it," and also stated that she "ordered new buttonholes for me at her own expense." And I have to come and pick up the buttonholes!!! Throughout the entire situation, I was polite to the staff, sympathetic to the store's regulations and did not create conflicts. My goal was a quality product, not to "use it and return it." Two identical defective copies in a row indicate a systemic flaw in the model. I recommend checking the product very carefully before buying, or better yet, choose another store.
