We bought a headset, it turned out to be of poor quality, there was noise and cracking. The master took it for inspection, after which the crackling and noise disappeared. They refused to return the money for it under the pretext that it was working properly, although it was obvious that the master had repaired it before handing it over. It's unpleasant, I don't want to buy anything else in this store.
