Subscription terms are thought up on the go. "Private lessons" with a trainer is a group of 5 people where no one pays enough attention to a single client. They just call the next exercise and immediately leave. The administrators are unfriendly; the room is crowded and very noisy, it is not designed for the number of people who are crammed with a subscription. The room number is incorrect.
