Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Gomel and one of the best in my personal rating) The kitchen is impeccable. This time I tried a variety of seafood and I had understandable geographical doubts in my heart - where is Gomel and where is the nearest sea - but they were quickly removed when we were served impeccable shrimps\ scallops\ squid and so on. An interesting selection of wines. Almost all of the whites are from the southern hemisphere, and the result is an interesting effect - the familiar riesling with all the expected floral notes seemed both familiar and completely alien) Desserts deserve special mention. You should definitely try them. Both the taste and the unusual presentation came together there. I would also like to thank the staff. We were served by Euphrosyne, who was wonderful in all respects. She didn't just read what we needed in our eyes at the moment, but seemed to receive information directly from the brain (joke). One thing is for sure - such personnel must be protected. And, I'm sure, the management of the institution does just that. I will try to get here on my next visit to Gomel.
