Terrible service and critically long delivery. The order was placed at 22:50, the food was delivered only at the first hour of the night (at 00:30). As a result, the order was delivered for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes! Due to such a huge delay, absolutely all the food arrived cold.. The barbecue burger is completely cooled, the bun is softened. On top of that, instead of sauce, there was thick cream cheese on the top bun, which completely ruined the taste. (photos and videos attached) It was impossible to eat it at night in this form. The mood is ruined, the dinner is ruined. I do not recommend ordering here at a later time, unless you want to get cold slop instead of normal food for your own money.
