He was a regular customer of Krutim Vertim in Luninets and Pinsk. Not everything is perfect, sometimes, especially for potatoes, it's a complete failure, there are a lot of harmful sauces in burgers, it was often too much, but they turned a blind eye and supported the local small business. The other day, a situation happened: I decided to have a snack, ordered a hamburger for pickup (cooking time was not specified), arrived in 15 minutes, came over, said it wasn't ready yet, I paid and waited. I waited 15 minutes, it's been 30 since I ordered, and during those 15 minutes I urgently needed to drive up to a friend. I think - well, everything will be ready and I'm leaving. I come over to clarify, they say - another 10 minutes. I understand that I won't be able to get anywhere. I say, okay, I'm returning the plastic alarm notifying you about the order and, unfortunately, I refuse it, I don't have time, please return the money, and I ran about my business. They were very surprised to say that they had no way to return the money. No way, I gave you 12.90 - just give it to me and I ran. No, we won't give it back, we can't. Okay, I don't have the time or energy to argue. And I didn't want to spoil the mood for the woman taking orders, the man just worked as hard as he could. Anyway, I thought that one day I would go for burgers and I would get one for free. Today, my friends and I stopped by and got three burgers, and I paid for three. There was another person taking orders, but I told my story. She offered to visit the director. He came in. The director is empty as a drum, unable to listen and, in principle, behave with a client (McDonald's probably wouldn't even hire him as a cleaner), simply said that I was to blame for leaving. I realized that I was wasting my time and went on with my business. Now, while I was writing this text, I was also wasting time, but I want to reach out to decision makers and respond appropriately. It's not about 12 rubles or a burger, this behavior with people just shouldn't happen, I haven't seen such inflexibility for a long time. You have lost me and my friends as clients, we will monitor the development of the situation, by the standards of our region we have a large audience on social networks, we could be friends and collaborate there, or we could hate and tease. Have a nice potato, and we went to the "Hint" "Mumo".

We have been using the service for a long time, accumulated enough bonuses, and occasionally used them to pay, but the constant problems with missing some items in the menu and notifying you about it after you place an order are not the case (the application does not display whether this item is available or not) Why we decided to cancel this delivery: we placed an order, and after placing the order, an employee calls a short time later and says that there is no specific item available. It is worth noting that part of this order was "processed" using bonus points. As a result, the staff received my consent that the order would be changed (the capacity of French fries is slices, instead of 6 strips - 4 pcs.). When the courier delivered the order, the order amount turned out to be more than it was originally: the cost of 2 strips was deducted from the initial amount (without bonuses) and the bonuses were deducted from me, but they were not taken into account in the total amount of the order. As a result, I was charged a little more than 5p of bonuses, an incomplete order was delivered, and they answered my questions that this was how their bonus system worked and they could not influence it. As a result: the order was changed due to the fact that some of the products were not available, customers will only find out about this after placing the order, if the order was placed with bonuses, and then changed on the seller's side - the client's bonuses burn out. It's up to you to decide whether to trust such a service, but we have deleted our account there and will probably use other deliveries.

I made the order for the first time, I didn't like the word at all, firstly, the cabbage in the salad is very noticeable that it is stale, the French fries taste dry, as if they were cooked yesterday, but they were warmed up cleanly, I didn't really like the cheese sticks either, I tasted better, secondly, the delivery is very long, not I advise you, it's better to have a capybara or a grillzone.
