When calling, she does not recognize the entire client's request, does not specify the nuances of the promo code (for cream); she planned to get a haircut for 25 rubles, but had to pay 45 rubles because the administrator did not specify that washing and drying separately cost 20 rubles; she also records clients end-to-end, without even providing this information to the hairdresser himself. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the master to finish the previous client, and the next client 20 minutes (by the way, he did not wait and left)... Decide for yourself whether you need this stress...
