There is no manager (who is older), the client does not understand how to arrange what, the girl is busy with her own business and did not help at all. I had to figure it out myself . Initially, they came to Karina (she was not sent to a senior manager) As a result, we sat down and dealt with it ourselves, in the end Karina came and explained and did everything.
