The two of them went to the Kopeechka store on March 30, 2025 at 21:50 at 52 Pushkin Ave. There was no one else in the store. We bought: Kvass, 2 processed cheeses and 1 kg. kiwi. We pay at the checkout: The bill is 16p. We ask where this amount came from, show the receipt... Apples suddenly appeared in the receipt, which were nowhere to be found. The controller came out, started checking, they returned 3p. in cash without cancellation. And this is not the product of the previous buyer - it simply did not exist. It turns out that the cashier entered his product intentionally. Although the amount is not large, I would like to hold the cashier accountable. Such workers have no place in the trade! Another funny moment was when we were walking around the hall, the cashier was looking out for us, wondering if we wanted to "take out" the processed cheeses from the store... Imagine how "rotten" a person turns out to be, but a decent woman looks...
