Personal belongings were transported by whale from the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic. This is the only logistician who is adequate and does not require an inventory for each(!) thing. Imagine that you have packed XX boxes, and you are told that you need to open everything again and add each pair of underpants to the list. Although we have described the big things in order to cover them with insurance if necessary. The company's warehouse is very tidy, unlike, for example, SDEk. There are no pits, no mud, no puddles where the tank will sink. The warehouse is also clean, although I personally didn't like the fact that the customer loads the boxes himself, it's not great. Everything is adequate in the office, too, there is a place to sit while invoices are issued, the operator answers questions. In general, I can only state that for the RF-KR-RF route, this is the most sane operator right now.

We ordered cargo transportation from Russia to Kyrgyzstan. There was a large load, a lot of fragile equipment (a system monitor, a large monitor, studio light, etc.). Everything arrived safe and sound, within the specified time frame. At the same time, my friend ordered the transportation of his belongings. The same story - the whole thing, everything is on time. Therefore, do not read nonsense in the reviews, but just pack the cargo well.

03.02.2023 we made an application in advance for BSHKEKB0110524756 on the TC website for picking up cargo on 07.02.2023 from contractors and delivery to Yekaterinburg. According to the partners, the cargo was taken only 17.02.2023. Further, the fate of the cargo is unknown. There is no information on the TC website, except for the submitted application. It is impossible to reach the branch in Bishkek. Messages in the messenger are not answered (although they have been read). We have been working with this company for a long time. Yes, there were all sorts of overlays, but we have never encountered such an outrage! The Kyrgyz partners are also dissatisfied with the work of the branch. We will consider changing the TC! We ask the management of the Shopping center to deal with this situation.
