They paid online, delivered as soon as possible, and the text message said the order would be ready by 18:00. As a result, at this time we are told to wait 5 minutes. At 18:07, the queue is not moving) probably, if we order and pay in advance, then we expect that we will just have to stop by and pick up, and not stand in line with the rest of the cars and wait!!!!!!! When time was running out and we were late on business, we had to get out of the car and knock on the window ourselves, to which we were told that 15 minutes had not passed yet. What does this mean???! It was only a couple of minutes later that the order was issued. That is, when ordering online, we had to stand in line, get out of the car for food and listen to the rudeness of the staff instead of apologizing for their stupidity!

The staff is rude on the drive, they communicate disgustingly, fuck off. To order something, you have to strain not only your ears to hear what they are saying, but also your voice, because they never hear anything!!!! They don't report all the time, not only do you wait 40 minutes for an order, but when you approach them to show that they didn't report the product, they reluctantly give it (already paid for product) with such a boorish tone and look, you won't hear anything from them, disgusting attitude, very unpleasant making an order here is not an isolated case, it happens every time.
