The supermarket is located on one of the busiest streets in the city, but the service is quite low. I have already come across a situation several times when one cash register is completely barricaded with a queue, and there is no staff at the self-service cash desks to confirm the goods, as well as in the hall. The last time I waited for a few minutes, but the second seller didn't show up, so the first one (the only one apparently working) had to get up from the checkout and confirm the goods to customers at the self-service checkout counters. There is no organization, so the rating is well deserved.

Entering the hit, there is an unpleasant smell. What's more surprising is that the store is in the city center, there aren't enough sellers, there's a queue, sometimes the self-service cash desks don't work and there's no help to get through, and it feels like the manager doesn't care about the rating at all, no one cares.
