I went in with a friend, not expecting anything special, I just wanted to eat and drink something hot. But unfortunately, they couldn't make us any coffee, tea, or cranberries. Okay, we'll have a cold Coke. The nuggets were terrible, tiny and cold, half-sized, and matching the picture is not worth talking about. French fries are salted Once every five minutes, it is impossible to eat them. Many people have already written about unsanitary conditions ---this is a disaster!!! The trash cans are full, the bathroom is terrible. And the culmination of all this service is a guy with an eternally unhappy face, ignoring the visitors, as if forcing himself. Unpleasant type, don't like the job, leave. We need to teach the staff to at least talk to people if they can't make such an ordinary simple meal tasty and beautiful. There's a residue left, we won't come back.

I recently went to KFC and was very satisfied. The food was fresh, crisp and flavorful — I especially liked the spicy wings and rustic potatoes. The staff is friendly, quickly served, everything is clean and cozy. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can safely eat or take it with you. I am glad that the quality remains stable — every time I know that I will get delicious food and a good mood. Thank you, KFC!

It's creepy. The order was prepared for 1 hour and 42 minutes!!! The bins are all filled with garbage, and next to the bins on the floor there is everything that doesn't fit into these bins - sauces, bags, bones. No one cleaned anything while I was waiting for the order. The tables are dirty, with leftovers, dirty trays and glasses - it makes sense, since the trash cans are clogged. Most likely, there was some kind of force majeure, because the staff was very eloquent about it. The benefit is not at the checkout, but in the back of the kitchen) I'll never go there again.
