We came to KFC and immediately ruined the whole mood. The girl at the checkout behaved abominably: she didn't say hello, answered questions angrily and looked like we were bothering her, then turned away altogether. There was no point in communicating with such a "service" — we went to the self-service checkout. We ordered 4 combos. It's one thing in the pictures, but in fact it's an outright deception. We ordered a long one, and they brought us some kind of ordinary round burger. All the burgers are just piled in one pile, figure out for yourself where whose is. French fries are dry and inedible. The service is terrible, the food is blundering. It's time for management to think about who you hire and what you feed people.
