Terrible service and irresponsible staff! I rented a car in Katala.by . I drove the car back to the office on Tereshkova St. on time and handed it over to the manager. The manager accepted the car, but was lazy or couldn't get it to the right parking spot in time. As a result, the traffic police were called to the car for parking, and they tried to shift the blame and the proceedings onto me, even though the employee already had the keys. I will never contact you here again, and I advise no one to contact you. Teach employees to be responsible for their work, and not to set up customers!

We took a Chevrolet Malibu, the car is dirty, inside and out .we were so far away with an empty tank that we barely reached the nearest gas station.(and when we gave the car away , the man who took it was surprised that we didn 't leave the Fuel tank ), but the fact that we took it marked 0, no one cares .It was impossible to move at night, the headlights were shining down , nothing was visible .the woman who rented the car is a specific rude woman , she didn 't say anything precise about the car .there are no guarantees that they will give it to us, even in a day .although we booked it 2 weeks in advance. The gun clicks off when refueling, The passenger side safety belt does not work in the cabin.. I do not recommend this car and the office!!We will not address them again.%
