Of the cons: the disgusting and boorish attitude of the reception staff! They have no desire to communicate normally with Russians
Despite the fact that we were with an infant, the arrogant Turk deceived us and dragged us out (did not check into the room), although the room had been cleaned a long time ago!

We rested here from 18.07 to 24.07. Overall, the hotel is sooo good. There are no questions about food at all - everything is delicious, there is meat and fish and so on. A very weak concept of a beach bar - it has only beer and wine, water and juices (lunch snack - sandwiches and cakes). There is a lobby bar in the main building, which is included in the ultra all inclusive concept is not clear, because beer, wine and local drinks are free, everything else is for money! No matter what kind of aperol, balantines, chivas and other drinks you like.... They're just paid!!!! So this is not an ultra all-inclusive, but an ordinary all-inclusive! Without ultra!!! Another oddity is check-in at the hotel at 15-00, and check-out at 11-00. Well, it's very strange, but there's nothing you can do. WiFi is only in the lobby bar and it keeps falling off! The rooms are tired, but in general everything works, everything is clean... Not the kind of hotel I would like to return to.

Great hotel! A good discount system. Attentive, polite and very helpful staff. Good cuisine. On the ground floor there are cool shops where you can buy souvenirs and everything you need)))I shoot the star for the SPA, or rather for its employees offering services. The guys managers are not Turks, but apparently our compatriots...They are too intrusive. Tourists are being watched at the elevator and on the beach. It's very unpleasant. It's just some kind of harassment. This is certainly too much. Fortunately, this did not spoil our long-awaited vacation!))🙏
