12 BC. a dark period begins in the region with the collapse of the Hittite Empire in the century. During this period, the late Hittite Kings, who carried Assyrian and Phrygian influences, dominated the region. These Kingdoms were established in 6 BC. it lasts until the Persian invasion in the century. The name Cappadocia used today means "Land of Beautiful Horses" in the Persian language. At the moment, one of the tourism symbols of Turkey and when we say Cappadocia, fairy tales and balloons come to mind now.
