I ordered a double cheeseburger with beef today. The first thing I came across was that the cashier/cook made me stand waiting for him to finish with his friend on the phone, then, continuing to talk, he still took the money from me, took the order and gave me the check. Then, when I came over 10 minutes later to pick up the order, he was still on the phone, my order was still being prepared on the scoreboard, and I stood waiting. In the end, he gave me the order after he finished saying, "Oh, sorry, I forgot, it's been ready for a long time." And the main reason for my anger is that because of the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of this chef, he apparently did not hear my order, and made pita, which was not tasty, so not what I wanted at all. In general, my day is ruined.
