In response to my question, the seller referred to the packaging, saying that it was "not the right one," and concluded that either the packaging of bulky goods was at a poor level, or the goods were defective right in the warehouse. At the same time, the seller claims that a lot of time has passed since receiving it, and he allegedly does not know anything. It seems that you can send them any marriage to Russia, and they will just brush it off. I am very disappointed with the cooperation. In Russia, although it is more expensive, I would order with quality guarantees and without a long wait per month. With such answers, I will no longer order dimensional items from them. Thanks for the negative experience. Plus, upon arrival in Russia, I have to pay 1,500 at the warehouse for unloading the goods and for entering the territory there was a warehouse from other suppliers, everything was taken away for free!!!

I ordered samples from several sellers, ordered the wrong colors and quantity, one sample was not ordered at all!They do not inform about all changes in the lack of colors of the desired product and other things! But then they rolled out the amounts for 40+ cubes: 12400 USD (!!!) for delivery in China + 5000 usd delivery across the Russian Federation to Moscow + 5000 usd a modest commission for services. This is customised under your contract. For comparison, competitors simply offer logistics plant - Moscow under my contract for 7300-8700 USD. The container was offered for 12400 against 11 000- 11 500 from competitors.
