Nice rooms, modern and newly renovated. There are no problems with water and its drainage. Heating and air conditioning are working well. It is better not to leave the windows open at night - dogs will wake you up. Breakfast is a buffet, everything is fresh and quite tasty. For some reason, you have to pay 120 rubles for coffee separately. It's strange, but okay, the coffee is delicious and brewed in Turkey. The restaurant and its cuisine are great, especially the salads. Payment is always made by transfer by phone number or card.

We came to South Ossetia to take the Oath of Office with our son. We stayed with my husband at this hotel from August 1 to August 3, 2026. Very decent hotel, clean, cozy, modern. A varied breakfast from 8 to 11. On the day of the Oath, I had to leave a little earlier, we had breakfast at 7.45, and almost all the dishes were ready. We ordered food from the restaurant to the room, the portions are large, the prices are reasonable. The only negative thing I can mention is the payment for both the accommodation itself and the restaurant order. There are terminals, but there are always the same excuses: our terminal is not working, etc., we need to pay in cash. And so it is in principle throughout Tskhinvali. Our son told us, of course, that we should take cash with us. But! If there is a terminal, please accept payment by cards. We drove from far away (almost 2500 km), the cost of the road was almost 60 thousand. Maybe it was convenient for us to pay with a credit card? Otherwise, this is probably the only negative (cash). The rooms have everything you need for hygiene, and the staff is mostly friendly.

A great hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the furniture is modern and beautiful, clean, cozy, the staff is polite, we especially liked the receptionist Jamila, she helped solve the problems with the check-in, found the right room, thank her very much! The breakfast is a buffet, everything is delicious and fresh.
