We were invited to dinner at this restaurant. A huge restaurant. Three floors. Beautiful and stylish. There is a large game room. The toilets are clean. The receptionist is greeted by a nice girl at the entrance. Nimble waiters. Although there were a lot of people, they tried very hard and did everything in time. The menu is good and varied.

We decided to celebrate a small family holiday in this "restaurant".The advantage among many others was only the children's playground. They didn't order food right away, because the parents were at work, they didn't call, distract, ask what they would eat, decided to order in the evening after the fact, left an advance payment, reserved a table.We arrived at 18.00, the table that was requested was occupied, OK, we sat down at another one. They ordered pizza and fries for the children, brought them quickly, beer for themselves, and a beer plate.it started with the fact that instead of cheese sticks there were potatoes in the beer set.Then, around 6:30 p.m., we ordered 2 chicken kebabs and a salad, the salad was brought, the kebabs were silent... we pressed the button to call the waiter 4 times, no one came up, I went to look for the waiter, she was sitting around the corner on the phone, she said she did not hear the button. I didn't even keep an eye on the empty glasses on the table..The time is about 20.30, they asked where the barbecue is?We were told that they hadn't cooked yet because there was a banquet of 50 people upstairs and they were roasting shish kebab, then they would be for us.We waited for 2 hours and eventually brought meat with blood. We wanted to feed the children a barbecue, we didn't wait long for anything else and brought them raw.All this time, we were sitting at a table with dirty plates and napkins, and after my comment, they cleaned up. The receptionist offered duck instead of chicken shish kebab, they agreed, in the end the waiter came and said sorry, there is no duck shish kebab either and left.We called her right away and asked if you would like to offer us something else??She began to read the menu to us with a displeased look. They brought another salad and a lamb and mushroom kebab. The mutton was dry, the champignons were not salty, but there was a lot of pepper.The waiters were constantly changing.As a result, the mood disappeared, the appetite too, after our complaints, the waiter said we can offer your children free juice, I said no thanks.They brought the bill, and there was a barbecue that was covered in blood and which they took away!!!In general, the impression is terrible, despite the fact that the price tag is not small, with huge competition, such disgusting service. So we left hungry, we won't come here anymore.
